Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

1. Returns & Eligibility

At Healium.me, we strive to provide high-quality medical-grade products. Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are only available in the following cases:

  • The wrong product was shipped by Healium.me.
  • The product is defective upon arrival.
  • The product was damaged in shipping.
  • The product has been tampered with or arrived in a compromised state.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in pristine condition. Any opened, used, or damaged items due to customer handling will not be eligible for return or refund.

To request a return, please contact us at info@healium.me within 24 hours of receiving your order. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

If your return is approved due to one of the valid reasons mentioned above, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Processing times for refunds vary depending on the issuing bank and payment provider:
    • Credit/Debit Card Refunds: 10 to 45 business days.
    • Other Payment Methods: Processing time varies depending on the payment gateway.

If you do not receive your refund within the specified timeframe, please contact your card-issuing bank for further details.

Important: If the product was incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit, Healium.me will arrange the replacement and retrieval of the incorrect product at no additional cost.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@healium.me.
  • Once the cancellation request is confirmed, the refund will be processed based on the original payment method.
  • Refunds for canceled orders follow the same processing times as mentioned in the refund policy (10-45 business days).

4. No Return, Refund, or Cancellation Policy

  • If a customer orders the wrong product, no return, refund, or replacement will be provided.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Customers must review their order carefully before purchasing.

We clearly communicate this policy before checkout to ensure customers understand their rights and responsibilities before making a purchase.

5. Secure Payment & Privacy Policy

  • Healium.me does not share, store, or pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.
  • All transactions on Healium.me are subject to UAE law.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, and other major credit/debit cards in AED currency.
  • The price displayed at checkout will be the same as on the transaction receipt.
