Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes

Healium.me offers fast and reliable shipping options for our customers within the UAE. We provide:

Next-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM UAE time.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped the following business day.

International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer standard international shipping. If you require shipping outside the UAE, please contact us directly at info@healium.me to arrange a custom shipping solution.

Orders are processed daily, except on public holidays in the UAE and weekends.

Shipping Fees & Charges

  • Standard shipping fees apply based on location and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free delivery may be offered for select products or promotions, which will be indicated on the product page or at checkout.
  • Any additional customs duties or import taxes for international shipments (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

Payment Confirmation & Order Verification

  • Once an order is placed, customers will receive a payment confirmation via email and/or SMS immediately upon successful transaction processing.
  • If an issue arises with the payment, customers will be notified via email or SMS to resolve the matter.

Delivery & Shipping Conditions

  • All deliveries are handled by reputable third-party logistics providers to ensure the safety and security of your package.
  • Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and contact information at checkout. Healium.me is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the package, customers may be responsible for additional re-shipping fees.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified only before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@healium.me with photos of the packaging and the damaged product.
  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Governing Law & Compliance

  • Healium.me operates under Sage Behavioral Health Psychiatric Clinic L.L.C. and abides by UAE laws and regulations regarding e-commerce and consumer rights.
  • Any disputes or claims arising from this policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with United Arab Emirates law.
